With more aspiring actors interested in developing an acting career in film and television than ever before, BRIIC has developed a unique curriculum for actors focused on achieving success in the entertainment industry.
BRIIC focuses on immersing students in the fundamentals of acting while guiding them in making the transition from classroom to screen big and small.
There are more platforms and mediums available to aspiring actors than ever before, with television series becoming an increasingly promising alternative for actors to get their big break.
BRIIC helps the actor in adapting to these changes, creating a practical acting curriculum for the modern current industry. At BRIIC, our faculty of professional and active actor’s havedeveloped a series of programs designed to acclimate students to an ever-changing and evolving industry. From the first day of class, students will find themselves acting in front of a camera, learning the nuanced skills and expressions required of a modern screen actor. Unlike acting on stage, actors must contend with a whole other set of variables when acting on a set. Not only must they learn to work with the camera, they also have to deal with the numerous crewmembers, take direction properly, and remain aware of the technical aspects of the production. Through the Academy’s emphasis on learning by doing, students enrolling in BRIIC can expect to receive an intensive, hands-on education that combines in-class instruction with instructor-supervised workshops, giving students active experience performing with other actors in front of a camera.
